Network Operations

We operate a Nearshore Network Operations center
in Hermosillo, Mexico, located 150 miles from the
border of the United States. It is the largest city in
the Mexican state of Sonora and houses operational
offices for over a dozen Fortune 100 companies.

Hermosillo houses the University of Sonora as well
as the prestigious Tecnologico de Monterrey,
Sonora Norte Campus and is home to over 1 million
people. Our NOC is a 1-hour flight from Southern
California and Arizona and our staff is bi-lingual
(English and Spanish).

Cost Savings and Culture

One of the principal benefits of nearshoring network
operations is cost. Generally, cost savings in excess of
30% can be achieved and no management overhead is
required. Nearshoring operations allows organizations to
avoid language and cultural barriers as well as making it
convenient to perform site visits with remote engineers.

Additionally, its geographic location means that it bridges
both east and west coast timezones, so engineers are
easier to staff for peak operation workloads. Our NOC is a
1-hour flight from Southern California and Arizona and our
engineers have spent the bulk of their careers working with
American companies.
